The C.I.A is an organization for good comprised of extremely intelligent cows, The Emsy Squares in the Cows In Action series. They oppose the evil organization, the F.B.I. The leader of the group is Madame Milkbelly, and the second in command is Yak. Mcmoo, Pat and Bo are all C.I.A agents. Their base is the Palace of Great Moos, which is in the peaceful future cow nation of Luckyburger.
